Peremoha Mini-Grants

The long-standing commitment of Ukraine RPCVs to supporting impactful projects in Ukraine is more important than ever, as Ukrainians continue to defend their communities against Russian military attacks and cope with the damage caused by the invasion. We’re proud to offer Peremoha Mini-Grants as an opportunity for Ukraine RPCVs to continue connecting Ukrainian partners to needed resources.

  2. The applicant must demonstrate a history of collaboration or a personal or professional connection with the Ukrainian partner organization or individual.
  3. The Ukrainian partner must be one of the following:
    • A registered Ukrainian nonprofit organization;

If selected for funding, the Ukrainian partner will be required to provide banking details (e.g., account number and address) as part of the award agreement to facilitate grant disbursement.

Funding Priorities

The program prioritizes projects that:

  • Provide urgent humanitarian assistance, including but not limited to the provision of medications, food security initiatives, heating or energy storage devices, insulation materials, shelter supplies, and other essential resources for Ukrainians in need.
  • Support vulnerable populations, including but not limited to internally displaced persons (IDPs), veterans, persons with disabilities, women, children, seniors, and members of the Roma community.

Note: Proposals with Ukrainian partners who have not received Peremoha grant funding in any previous rounds are encouraged. However, previously funded partners are still eligible to apply.
